What are you REFUND Policies?

• 75% REFUND IF MORE THAN 45 DAYS IN ADVANCE NOTICE PRIOR TO THE START DATE.

• 50% REFUND IF MORE THAN 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE NOTICE PRIOR TO THE START DATE.

• NO REFUNDS LESS THAN 30 DAYS FROM THE START DATE.

Is there a recommended accomodation?

You can sign up for accomodations in the same building the conference is held at the conference rate. You can learn more here.

Do you have to sign up for the conference in order to sign up for a DOJO / Workshop?

No, you can sign up for a DOJO/Workshop without attending the conference.
